Provides accounts receivable support to internal and external customers and warehouse(s) within designated region(s) of the US market.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make collection calls to customers with past due balances and open invoices to ensure payment is made timely and within terms.

Research and solve payment discrepancies

Review holds report for order release

Work closely with your sales team to collect on past due balances and ensure credit/debit requests are submitted in a timely manner

Work with our 3rd party insurance carrier to ensure all accounts are in good standing

Process payments, refunds and tax offsets


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and distribute Excel spreadsheets reports to management

Generate, print and distribute daily Invoice History Reports.

Prepare, generate and distribute Weekly Aging Reports


Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience and knowledge

2. Associates degree

3. Prior experience with MAS or Oracle

4. Excellent attention to detail and follow-up

5. Ability to multi-task

6. Ability to handle interruptions and work in a fast paced environment

7. Works well in a team environment with a diverse group of people

The base rate for this role is between $22.00 to $26.00 hourly plus team result based performance bonus opportunities.
